Service Agreement Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a service from Recall Truth, you agree to the following terms as a client. Recall Truth, known as RT going forward, agrees to provide the Services as per the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

 

PLEASE NOTE: This service terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Recall Truth. Refer to your checkout page to see which service you are selecting. You may receive a more detailed version of this agreement upon purchase.

1. Key Terms

1.1. Services

​

RT will provide you the services to you select and purchase at checkout 

​

Services available include: (Please remember, this is the ENTIRE list of service offerings at RT. You are only purchasing the one you select at checkout).  

​

Spiritual Communication Workshop (one-time class with a single payment)

​

Individual energy healing sessions (set of one on one energy healing sessions purchased together in a single payment or with installment payments) 

​

Group energy healing sessions (set of energy group healing sessions purchased together in a single payment, with installment payments or as a subscription service) 

​

1.2. Delivery of Services

For the Mediumship class, it will occur on the advertised time via video conferencing. A link to join will be provided

 

For individual sessions, RT and the client will choose a mutually convenient time to hold the sessions. Sessions will be delivered via video conferencing and a link to join will be provided. 

 

For group sessions, there will be a previously determined schedule of sessions and the client agrees to attend during those scheduled times.  Sessions will be delivered via video conferencing and a link to join will be provided. 

 

1.3. Investment

1.4. Termination

The client agrees services are non-refundable. 

 

One-time mediumship classes occur monthly. If there is an issue attending a one-time Mediumship class after purchase, you may reach out to admin@recalltruth.com to be added to a future monthly class.

 

If there is an issue attending one on one energy healing sessions, you may use your calendar link to reschedule. 

 

If you do not attend your scheduled group energy healing session, you will still be included in the healing circle remotely and receive your services as usual. The client agrees that this will serve as your group energy healing session for that occurrence.

 

2. General Terms

2.1. Relationship Of The Parties

The Parties acknowledge and agree that Services performed by RT shall be as a service provider

 

2.2. Confidentiality

All work is private and confidential. All information discussed with RT will be held in strict confidence, to the extent allowed by law. 

 

In a group session, RT asks all participants to keep information shared confidential. If you choose to discuss information of a personal nature during a group session, RT will not be held responsible for participants upholding their confidentiality pledge. 

 

At the end of (or perhaps during) the process, your testimonial, plus photo or video may be requested.

 

2.3. Miscellaneous

a. RT warrants that it will perform Services with the utmost care and skill. RT makes no guarantees as to what results the client will or will not receive.

 

b. RT shall complete its obligations under this Agreement within a reasonable and mutually convenient time frame.

 

c. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Fort Bend County in the state of Texas.

 

d. In the case of any dispute between the client and RT, the parties agree to try to resolve the dispute through friendly and amicable discussion. If that fails, the parties agree to use mediation.

 

e. RT can terminate the services relationship for any good cause, including if the client is mistreating any practitioner or group participant (if applicable) at RT. 

 

In the event of serious disruption, the practitioner will attempt to remedy the situation with the client first. If the disruption continues, RT may choose to end the service relationship. If the disruption is due to poor behavior on the part of the client, there will be no refund.

 

f. RT can terminate the relationship for any other reason if the client-practitioner relationship is not a good fit. In this case, the client will be given a refund commensurate with the situation.

 

g. Severability - Any provisions found to be invalid will be severable and the remainder of the agreement will remain enforceable.

 

h. All parties agree that this agreement is complete and any modifications must be first agreed upon and signed off on by both parties.

 

By purchasing, the Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement, and the Client authorizes payment by valid credit card.
